Our multidisciplinary team supported ReVentas, with the front-end engineering design (FEED) and detailed design of their polymer recycling pilot plant. The goal of the project was to develop a process that would allow ReVentas to recycle various types of polymers.
Our team worked closely with ReVentas to develop a detailed understanding of their recycling process, including the inputs, outputs, and required process steps. We used this information to develop the FEED and detailed design for the pilot plant, which included the process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and control system design.
Throughout the project, our team worked collaboratively with ReVentas to ensure that the design met their requirements and aligned with their sustainability goals. We also provided support in selecting and procuring the necessary equipment and materials, as well as managing the installation and commissioning of the pilot plant.
